Comprehensive

Covers nearly every new vehicle component.

Covers repair or replacement of any component manufactured or originally installed by Hyundai that is defective in material or factory workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The following components are covered for time and mileage limits indicated:

• Radio and Sound Systems (I.e. radio, compact disc player, and GPS), DVD system: 3 years/60,000KM
• Paint: 3 Years/60,000KM
• Battery: 2 Years/40,000KM
• Adjustment: 1 Year/20,000KM

Powertrain

Covers most engine and transaxle components

Covers repair or replacement of powertrain components (i.e. selected Engine, Transmission / Transaxle, and 4WD components), originally manufactured or installed by Hyundai that are defective in material or factory workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Basic Emission

Hyundai's Emission System Warranty covers the basic emission components unless otherwise spcifically provided, for 60 months from the Warranty Registration Date or 100,000 KM, whichever occcurs first.

Anti-Perforation

Covers perforation due to corrosion on body sheet metal from inside to outer body surface

Covers perforation, corrosion of any component through the metal body panel from the lower window line down and occuring from the inner to outer surface, corrosion of original Hyundai body sheet metal due to defects in material or factory workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

Major Emission

 Covers repair or replacement of the following original Hyundai major Emissions control components:

• Catalytic Converter
• Engine Control Module
• Onboard Emissions Diagnostics Device (OBDII)
